The dinner

"La table d’hôtes"
For dinner, we offer the host table (only on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday).

This is a moment of encounter where we open our table with the guests who want it.

We will "travel" together around the dining room table.
In summer, when the evening is soft, we sit in the garden.
We wish to make this meal a special moment : a nice table, flowers, candles, flavours, smells.
We leave the "food" to some good restaurants in the region to offer a simple cuisine but always neat, with the colours of vegetables from our garden, accompanied of course "Chateau Real" and leavened bread baked in our oven wood.
We try to show you where possible, local resources, fish of the Gironde, Pauillac lamb, canelés, etc ...
We end with an aperitif, around 19:30 in winter, 20h in summer and we part after a coffee or herbal tea in the garden, when everyone chooses
We need to know in advance who will share the meal. For those who are present, it is enough to determine at breakfast for the evening. For those arriving, we want to be notified no later than the evening before by mail or phone
